Welcome to the KCARC Web Pages!

Abilene, Texas is sometimes referred to as "The Key City of West Texas".
This club, founded in the early 1970's, is the largest Amateur Radio club
in the Texas Midwest (Abilene, TX and "Big Country" area).

The KCARC is a non-profit corporation, under Texas law and
IRS regulations, dedicated to Public Service and the
advancement of the Amateur Radio hobby.

KC5OLO is the FCC issued call sign of the Key City Amateur Radio Club.

People interested in learning more about amateur radio should start by
reading the Frequently Asked Questions.
