Steven Ricks, PMP

Steven is currently the Manager of Project Management, for the Research and Development Group of Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. in Middleton, Wisconsin.  In addition, he is an independent consultant and instructor for The Kellan Group of Companies.  

Steven has 15 years experience in project management and process development. He started his career in the live entertainment industry where he developed his value of "The Show Must Go On". Steven uses this practice with his projects, ensuring that the project completes, on time and on budget.

More recently Steven has worked to implement new project management disciplines and develop processes to improve the time to market of new product development projects. Steven has developed a successful project management office and has led many project teams to successful completion of projects, delivering new and innovative products to the entertainment industry.

Steven has applied his expertise in project management and process development to many charitable organizations and government agencies, sharing his skills and knowledge to better his community. Steven is a Certified Fire Fighter and serves the Lodi Area Volunteer Fire Department where he promotes the idea that “Even Fire Fighters Have A Plan”.
