>OLD BUSINESS

>Bob, K9XB, reported that the antennas are ready for the DX packet cluster

>and will be raised when weather permits.

>Tuesday morning breakfasts remain at Interstate Plaza until further notice.

>Nominations are now being accepted for SCARC offices. Elections will be

>held at the May meeting. New officers will be installed at Field Day.

>Foxhunt report; all the hardware has been gathered. There is a need for a

>controller and some software, but progress is being made.

>NEW BUSINESS

>VE session is next week Tuesday, March 16th, at the Red Cross building.

>Registration at 6:30pm. Contact Art, K9XJ, if you plan to attend the

>session.

>Final plans for the spring brat fry where discussed. We still need some

>volunteers, just a couple of hours in the morning or after dinner either

>frying or working in the booth would really help. Just a reminder that

>April 17th at the North side Piggly Wiggly we will be spending the day

>frying brats and burgers. There will also be a bake goods sale. Remember

>the funds we raise go towards SCARC insurance and needed equipment updates.

>If you can't come to work the brat fry, please come to spend some money!!

>This Sunday, March 14th, is the Wisconsin QSO Party. Several of the members

>will be operating from the SCARC station. Stop down and have a look or even

>better take a little time to operate. If you can't make it down but plan to

>operate in the contest look for W9VCL.

>The W9VCL web site should be getting a make over soon. One of our members

>has decided to give designing the web page a try. Watch for the change and

>be sure to send your comments to the webmaster.
