Hi, this is KC8URB and welcome to my webpage. My handle is Dave and my Qth is Heath, Ohio. I got interested in amateur radio when I was 12 years old, I first started out on CB's then I learned about amateur radio. I started studying for my Novice/Technician license in 1995, but since I didn't have an Elmer to help me along with studying I kept failing the test by 1 question. On August 18, 2002, I finally passed the test with the help of my friend Scott (KC8URC), I owe him lots of thanks for all the transportation he provided as well as all the encouragement and help that he has given to me. I am a member of the Licking County A.R.E.S and the Cooken Club www.cooken.org Below are some pics of my station as I grew in age ,also I have posted the local scanner channels at the bottom of this page...
