On May 28, 2005 a group of Amateur Radio people got together at the Aviation Historical Museum in Monroe, Louisiana. Kevin brought a portable tower that he put up and was sporting a U.S. flag at 120 feet for all the veterans to enjoy as they toured the museum. Dipoles were strung from the tower and coax run. David brought his HF radio to connect to the antennas. A tarp was provided by Paul to make operating much more bearable in the weekend heat. Different people made contacts across the United States, Canada and Mexico as a Memorial Tribute to Veterans who have fought for Our Country.

Everyone enjoyed visiting with each other.
