The QRO team are the people who support the training programs in the Garland area. To join the QRO team:
Teach or facilitate a GARC-sponsored class.
Serve as a class "Elmer"
Host or coordinate a class
Develop training materials for the GARC
Provide Garland R.A.C.E.S training
Present educational program at a GARC meeting.
