1. All software contained on this site is in its original distribution package that the author of the software originaly distributed it in to the best of my knowledge. If you authored software that is listed on this site, and that software is not in its original package/format, then please feel free to email me with the specifics and or the latest release of your software so that I may provide the best possible service to the public. All software that can be directly downloaded from this site is of one of the following types: freeware, shareware, hamware, or demo. I will not list nor offer any software that requires pre-registration with the author prior to download. This is not to say that I do not provide reliable links to such software, just that I don't have the time or expertise in handling such registration task. All software available for direct download from this site has been scanned for viruses using various scanning software. 2. If you know of a piece of software that you are looking for, and are having a hard time in finding it, let me know and I will attempt to assist you in finding that software. Likewise if you are an author of a piece of software, and would like a free distribution site for your software, let me know. I will see if there is enough room on the server to place it for direct download. If there is not room for direct download, I will place a link to another page to assist you in the distribution of your product. 3. This page is for the advancement of the amateur radio hobby. It is a not for profit page, ie. there is no registration fees required to gain access to the download page. The following registration is so that I may keep up on who is visiting this site and downloading files. Your email address will be your user name, and your password will be assinged/issued in the reply email. Rest assured that I DO NOT give, share, sell, or otherwise release registered email address to any third party for any reason.

I agree that the use of any software obtained from this site will be properly registered with the original author, or through the appropriate registration means. I further agree, unless otherwise explicitly specified within the software package, that I will in no way reverse engineer any part of the software for any reason.
