Ok downloaded iLink and wow it works excellent and Hookup worldwide.Audio quality is fantastic, this is similar to IRLP, but you dont have to have radio access, you can download the software and with computer mic start talking worldwide within an hour or so when you sign on first time they have to verify your callsign and soon as that is done, whole new venue for Amateur Radio is open to you.(By: KCØKJF)

Software Download

This is one of the neatest things I have run across in a long time. It's great for those of us who are antenna restricted (CC&Rs). Or new or old hams that just don't have the equipment at the time to talk worldwide. And it defiantly solves the problems of linking repeaters anywhere. All this information and downloads can be found at www.aacnet.net. Graeme is always updating this site and the software. The project is still new and growing, every time I look at the list of stations connected I see more rare islands and even some odd sounding towns in the US. I never heard of. So please give it a try. Its fun and that's what its all about, enjoyment, experimentation of new technologies and the promotion of amateur radio. We need to grow and this is just a little part of a new beginning for ham radio in the new millennium.(By: W9JCM)

Me KCØKJF and KC7RJJ downloaded this software Jan. 24th and have been using !!!! AWESOME !!! you have to give it a try. This can also be linked to radio RF with a board and Computer which as I understand KC7RJJ is going to install in the Rolla area so can access over your 2 Meter radio, and me in Springfield. You need to see all the Stations available to fully appreciate.(By: KCØKJF)
