I have been a licensed ham operator since March of 1999.  I started by getting my no-code Technician's license.  Then in mid April 2000 I upgraded to Extra class.

The hobby has been very fascinating to me since there are so many different avenues in which to operate.  Most of my time is spent on local FM repeaters or HF SSB.  During band openings I like to try 6m or 10m AM,FM.  Digital modes are still new to me, but I have done some work on PSK 31 as well.
