Juneau County Amateur Radio Club meets every second Wednesday of each month at 7:00PM at the Mauston City Hall - 4th floor where voting takes place.

Curtis, Lawrence M. "Larry"
MAUSTON - Lawrence M. "Larry" Curtis, age 74, of Mauston, passed away on Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse. He was born on June 22, 1928, in Mauston, the son of William and Olive (Peck) Curtis. Larry worked as an electrician for Wisconsin Power and Light for 37 years. Larry's hobbies included ham radio, fishing and hunting, and he also farmed on the family farm in rural Mauston. He is survived by his wife, Helen; two sons, Duane Curtis of Ripon, and Donald (Sue) Curtis of Hudson; a daughter, Sharon Curtis of New York; nine grandchildren and a great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Lorena Waidlich. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2002, at CRANDALL FUNERAL HOME, Mauston, where friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the services. Burial will be at Mauston Cemetery.
