PIC Programmer

Based on David Tait's PIC Programmer, here is my version of the programmer. It is working with the porgram from David Tait, but you must have an old computer (well, say Pentium 100 MHz). Faster computer needs adjustment on the timer loop. I have seen LINUX version of PIC programmer which utilize computer's hardware to generate exact timer. Find it and use LINUX instead DOS :)
