I am an Illinois Central College student who has a strong interest in meteorology, though he no longer plans to major in it. Mark is also an amateur radio operator, KB9PPR, and was a Tazewell County ESDA--Emergency Services and Disater Agency--spotter for nearly two years before he moved to Peoria County and joined that ESDA unit.
