I understand that there is a way to change the PL
audio level on the Yaesu FT-1500M from the front panel.
Does anyone know the procedure? kbruehl@athenet.net

Should
Contests Limit Their Band Use? A contributor
asks; "It seems like all I hear is 'CQ Contest!' This is
a hobby for everyone to enjoy, so shouldn't contests
limit their band use to certain segments and not just
leave the WARC bands free during contests? What if there
was an emergency; how would anyone hear a distress call
over 'CQ Contest! CQ Contest!'?" |
