EMWIN (Emergency Managment Weather Information Network) is another program that send's weather bulletins, wx warning's, wx watches, specals statements, wx radar pictures via a satalitte to a recever to your computer. I volunteer my time with a group in town that work with the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Oh. I help get the watches and warning's out to other's and take info from other Amateur Radio Operator and relay them to the National Weather Service.
