The ATV over IP project was developed with the same concept as I.R.L.P. but with video.

The video is sent from the end user over the internet to a base system, the output of  the video is fed into the transmitter.

There is a Home Brew Controller that remotely switches the transmitter on and off.

The receive Video from the repeater is sent back to the end user over IP
