A brief history of my career would be:
Business Operations :
- Generated a monthly
report about GSM network performance; the target audience include members
of the customer at the VP level.
- Product Manager that generated
project resource costs, equipment costs and requirements, ranging from
$50k to $300M.
- Product Manager for
Nationwide UMTS Rollout for ~50 markets worth ~$300M; I also defined the
market rollout schedule.
- Regional Manager over 10
markets; created resource requirements and ensured KPI’s (Key
Performance Indicators) were consistently met.
- Managed the RF portion
of market roll out and optimization of ~150 GSM sites on time and on
budget despite customer lagging behind.
- Knowledge of design,
deployment, and optimization process of a 1900 GSM wireless network.

Systems Engineering :
- Three years of R&D
experience with the GSM 1900 Nokia Base Stations.
- Measured RF parameters
of GSM 1900 base stations, as specified by ETSI and J-STD standards.
- Presented a solution
outside of what had been recommended that was ~10 times more cost
effective to implement and provided better RF performance with the
existing onsite hardware.
- Two years of experience
with indoor propagation and distributed antenna systems for 850 MHz.
- Experience with 2.4 GHz
site design and propagation.
- Created a drive test
tool to verify 2.4 GHz coverage where there was no previous tool
available.
- Made recommendations
that reduced site costs by ~50%.

backhaul deployment.
- At one installation
over 5 miles in distance, I calculated the RSSI to be –67 dBm, which was measured as a fluctuating signal
