At every club meeting the prior month's meeting minutes are read and voted on by the club members. Next, any old business and new business is brought before the members to vote on before moving on to close the regular meeting.

These monthly meetings are a great way to get out and meet other Amateur Radio enthusiasts in our area! We welcome newcomers to the club.

Also Club members meet for breakfast every Saturday around 7:30 A.M. at the Caboose in Smithville in Bastrop County, everyone is welcome.
