OLD BUSINESS

·        Tickets for the Miami Hamboree to be held February 1 & 2, 2003 are available from Shirley for $6.00 in advance. They are $8.00 at the door.

·        Tom reported that ‘Jamboree on the Air’ was held at Camp Sawyer with Jack, Rick and himself. Propagation was not favorable and Tom broke an antenna but there was a SSB contact made and the boys did ask questions. Possibly a demo of PSK-31 next time would work better.

·        The tower on West Summerland is back up and appears to be doing well with coverage from Key West to Duck Key. The link between 146.67 and 147.255 is only one way going north at this time. George will be working on this problem.

·        Information on the Christmas Dinner in Key West will be going out via e-mail soon.

·        The nominating committee conferred with the following results;
