will be held June 26&27th,2004 at the Lewis Camp on Bingham Rd. Ridgway, PA
Lee Lewis,Keith Whitehouse and Shari Lewis will be assisting me in planning, pre-setup and operations..
Operators - An Invitation to all Licensed Operators AND those interested in operating an Amateur radio station for the first time is hereby extended by the Elk County Amateur Radio Association ...Invitations will also be extended through many media....including local Newspapers, Radio Stations, the Internet and Cable TV Infochannels...
Any Equipment or Antenna Donations - Please call Alex N3WRJ (781-3226) or Lee N3NWL (772-4568) with operating equipment donations or SPACE requests for special operational mode....Please place these requests as soon as possible...Space may or may not be available...and will be determined on a first come first served basis...
Station Plans - We will likely try to operate class 4A (Alpha) from area Western PA ...again as we have before...4 indicating an attempt to operate 4 HF bands throughout the 24 hour field day period...and Alpha indicating operation by emergency power (in this case Generators)
Annual Club Picnic- Will follow Field Day starting at 2pm Sunday- bring the family for HotDogs and Hamburgs cooked by a famous chef!..?? If possible bring a covered dish....

Monthly Meetings
The Elk County Amateur Radio Association has approx.... 50 members. We hold monthly meetings at the Elk County 911 center 2 miles South of Ridgway, PA located on US Route 219 . Meetings are held the 3rd Sunday of each month at 1:30 pm and usually have a short program and a face-to-face QSO session for at least an hour afterwards . PLEASE come and meet us!

Annual ARRL Field Day(which is usually the last weekend in June) and the Annual Club Picnic have been combined for the past 7 years and held at the Lewis Camp on Bingham RD, Ridgway, PA. EVERYONE is Welcome!
