Equatorial Guinea

The capital is Malabo, on the island of Bioko. The island is only 50km long but has a 3000m volcano peak at the north end, dominating the city.

The country, of only 450,000 people approx, is comprised of 4 islands and one mainland area. It is predominantly Spanish speaking but French is quite common also.

There is now plenty of information around on the country. Here are the best of the batch, some of them very frankly written!
