ALL HAMS
  All HAMS should be balanced.
Why?  'Cause the "old man" said so! *
  Every HAM should be able send/receive traffic, and conduct NETS, using CW
and fone.
  Every HAM should be connected with their local society via 2 meters (or
what is used in the area or what is used in the area for local NETS) and involved in one or more
local HAM clubs, hamfests, field day, SKN etc.
  Every HAM can' do all of these, but we should ALL bee headed that-Away.

  * And because we justify our FREE use of the all of this valuable spectrum all year long, by 
preparing for es serving (whoever needs us, our country first) with emergency 
communications.  WE must keep this from becoming "SLIP-SHOD or CHAOTIC!"
  Every HAM should be familiar with how the emergency work is done, even if he is not a 
volunteer at this stage in their life.
