Radiall/Larsen offers a full selection of quality cables in popular RG174, RG58 and RG8 sizes. Cables are produced to exact specifications by recognized suppliers including Belden.

Lower loss means better reception and performance. Radiall/Larsen is continually searching for the best cable and connector designs that will yield superior performance at a reasonable price. Why cable and connectors? Because Radiall/Larsen believes that to truly design the best antenna system, all components must “perform in unison”. This includes the whip, coil, base, mounting hardware, cables, and connectors.

In this section, you will find a wide array of cables and connectors that will suit your needs no matter what your specific application might be. Please be sure to consider such parameters as acceptable loss, noise, and connector type when making your selection.
RG-174
Small Diameter Coax
RG-174 is the industry standard for applications requiring a small diameter, highly flexible coax. Frequently used in mobile mag mount applications. Subject to higher losses at higher frequencies. Good performance for environmental variations but lower in overall ruggedness.
RG-58A/U
Radiall/Larsen
CX standard Coax
The industry standard in quality, value priced coax. Stranded center conductor offers good flexibility and long-life under most conditions. Not typically recommended for applications above 512 MHz due to higher losses. Uses standard RG58 connectors.

RG-58A/U
“Digi-Shield”™ Low Loss Braided Center
This A/U Coax employs two shields, consisting of a full aluminum/mylar wrap covered by a braid. This combination of shields, plus low-loss dielectric material and stranded center conductor makes an excellent choice for mobile applications. Performance features include low-loss and high flexibility. Uses standard RG58 connectors.
RG-58U
Low Loss Dual Shield w/ Solid Center Conductor (UD)
This is Larsen’s premium coax for 800 & 900 MHz applications. The solid center conductor, (20 AWG) is easy to use with all connectors. Digital applications benefit from the 100% Duofoil aluminum shield. The shield is not glued to the dielectric making it easier to peel back for connector installation. The braid is 95% coverage. This cable is standard for most mounting kits over 800 MHz and can be special ordered with other frequencies. Uses standard RG58 connectors.
RG-58A/U
Dual Shield Coax for High Temperature Applications
By adding an additional Teflon shield, this cable design (based on the UD coax construction) high excellent resistance to heat and very high mechanical durability. The solid center conductor, (20 AWG) is easy to use with all connectors. Digital applications benefit from the 100% Duofoil aluminum shield. The shield is not glued to the dielectric making it easier to peel back for connector installation. The braid is 95% coverage. Uses standard RG58 connectors.

Radiall/Larsen SMA Connectors are semi-precision, sub-miniature, high frequency connectors that offer reliable broadband performance DC to 18 GHz with low reflection and constant 50-ohm impedance. Primary features include high mechanical strength and durability, and low VSWR.

Radiall/Larsen offers SMA connectors for RG58 and RG174 coaxial cable types.
