HAMS are involved in everything from aid in times of disaster to toys for children, providing communications for a parade to introducing Morse Code to Boy Scouts. Involvement in the community is an important goal for amateurs. Amateur Radio is a great hobby and instills in us those values that bring out the best in we humans.
