Marshall Ensor Memorial Organization

This certificate is given by the M.E.M.O club of the Ensor Park & Museum as as a means of thanking their supporters and as a reminder that they need continuous support. The Ensor Museum spotlights the lives of Loretta Ensor and her brother, Marshall Ensor, early radio amateurs in the Olathe, Kansas area. This is, I believe, one of the very few museums in the United States dedicated to showing amateur radio as an aspect of rural farm life. The amateurs in the surrounding area are indeed fortunate to be the benificiaries of the advantages that such a museum can provide. But they are not the only ones to benefit from its existence. All Amateurs throughout the United States can be proud that there is at least one area in the USA that recognizes the pioneering work of the early hams. In this endeavor, they have my best wishes and I'm happy to continue to support this museum. It is my hope that other similar museums will one day be established throughout North America and the world.
