The K9DUR Voice Keyer was
specifically written to interface to PowerSDR via Virtual Audio

Flex-Radio Systems line of software-defined transceivers, and VAC is
a 3rd party software driver that creates pairs of virtual audiop
cables.
Although it was wirtten for
PowerSDR w/VAC, VoiceKeyer.exe is a general-purpose digital
voice keyer which can be used with any amateur radio
transceiver by using the PC's sound card and a hardware
interface to the rig.
