Net Points/Awards Manager - Bill N8NMX Click here to submit
your Net Logs for all USECA Nets. Bill maintains the
net point database, and distributes the USECA VHF and HF net awards. The
net points are also printed in the USECA Express. NCOs, send your
completed net logs to Bill so he can append the database insuring
correct point totals. Click on the link above and submit by email

USECA Net Manager - Brian KC8DIR Brian schedules Net Control Operators for the Sunday Information Net, the Tuesday Information Net, Wednesday 6 Meter nets, Thursday CW, Friday Hoot Owl, 10 Meter Phone Net, and the Friday CW Net. Contact Brian if you are interested in running one of theses USECA Nets. You don't even have to be a member of the USECA club. Newer amateurs, this is a great way to cut you teeth! Join in the fun! Get involved in the hobby, get known more quickly, make new contacts! Go to the Net Procedures link and study or print out the manuals. Click on the link above to reach Brian. Net Point System HF CW NCO = 4 Net Points HF Phone NCO = 3 Net Points VHF NCO = 3 Net Points HF CW or SSB check in = 2 Net Points VHF check in = 1 Net Point HF nets are below 30 MHz VHF net are above. Check - ins should do so personally, proxy check - ins are legitimate only for members on club business. "In and Out" check - ins, though allowed, should be discouraged. Awards are earned for 50 points and multiples thereof; plaques for the highest annual HF and VHF scores. Awards are meant to encourage participation and can be earned by any licensed amateur. Net logs must be readable and include the calls and names of check - ins, as well as NCO, date, and mode of net NCO's: I would prefer that you email your logs. Forward net logs to the Awards Manager within 30 days; logs received later will not earn the bonus points normally awarded a NCO. Mail your logs to: Bill, N8MNX, 500 7th Street, Apt.
