VEC Tests

Testing for amateur radio licenses and upgrades to current licenses are held on the second Saturday of each month in Yuma. The ham radio tests are held in the training room of the Yuma County Sheriff's Office at 141 S. 3rd Ave. The tests start at 10:00 AM, but anyone planning on testing should plan to be there 15 minutes early. Individuals who plan to test must contact either Beverly White (342-9460) or Bob Sidebottom (344-6469) in advance, since testing sessions are not held as scheduled if no one is planning to take a test.
