Club Events
The club participates in a number of events each year, including an annual picnic, a highway cleanup sponsorship, providing communications for several Yuma events like the Veteran's Day Parade, Silver Spur Rodeo parade, the MS-150 bicycle race, Parade of Lights, etc. Check with this site often for more information about coming events.
Club Picnic
The Yuma Amateur Radio Club holds an annual picnic each year at Yuma's Joe Henry Park. The 2009 event will be held March 14th at Kennedy Memorial Park, 23rd St. & Kennedy Lane. See the map for assistance in finding the park. Click Here for photos of previous picnics.
Yuma Hamfest
Yuma holds a hamfest in February of each year, called the Yuma Ham Expo. The Yuma Amateur Radio Club is proud to help sponsor this event, which is produced by YARHO (the Yuma Amateur Radio Hamfest Organization). Click here for additional information on the Yuma Hamfest.
