| From time to time K7NWS will participate in contests and other events from the shack. We have two 50-foot towers with Yagi antennas that cover the Ham Bands from 20 through 6 meters. In addition we have a very large loop antenna that provides excellent coverage on the lower bands including 160 Meters. See the Site layout. The site provides an HF antenna range capability. We have four 50-foot wooden poles spaced over 140 feet apart with ropes and pulleys attached. Raising an antenna for check-out and test is an easy operation. |
