interested in Amateur Radio, and in particular, the Cubical Quad
as an antenna, and organized for the promotion of the
afore mentioned interest.
The Quad Squad is a specialized group of amateurs with a
particular focus on the appreciation, experimentation and education
in the art and science of cubical quad antenna construction. We are a
licensed Amateur Radio Club
The Quad Squad is a relatively new Club. It was founded in
August of 1996, in Oxnard by N6XD, William T. Allen, Jr.,
KE6RQQ, David Hivner, and AC6PX, John G. Gagliardo,
California. The Club's callsign is"NR6H".
We have an HF Net (listed below) to invite fellow amateurs to
check in and work our members and enjoy a friendly,
and relaxed QSO. We may at times make a list of
stations to work any DX checked in. The net
will always be referred to by the callsign
"NR6H".
Applications for membership are open to all Hams who have an
appreciation of the cubical quad antenna.
