The City of Hayward RACES/ARES program meets on the Second Friday of each month, at 1930 (7:30 P.M.). The meetings are held at the Hayward Fire Department Training Center, located behind Hayward Fire Station #6, located at 1401 West Winton Avenue, Hayward, CA. The training center is located to the rear of the Fire Station. Talk in is on 145.130 MHz (-600) or 444.825 MHz (+5, PL 127.3).

The weekly Hayward RACES net is held at 1930 hours on Mondays on the K6EAG repeater, 145.130 MHz (-600).
