What is HROC?
HROC is an organization of FCC licensed radio amateurs that maintains UHF/VHF closed
repeaters in the Riverside and Orange Counties area. These repeaters are for the use of
dues paying members in good standing. (HROC is not affiliated with Henry Radio, Inc...)
Purpose Of The Web Site
The purpose of this Web Site is to provide a conduit for CLUB related information .
Officers and other members may use the web site to communicate appropriate information
affecting other members. This communicative method is additional to the Club Newsletter,
meetings, and nets.
Repeater Summary
HROC maintains the following systems:
- 220 mHz band repeater on Sierra Peak.
- 440 mHz band repeater on Santiago Peak , Orange County.
- Remote base control of several popular 2 meter repeaters.
- Other control functions
