VE TESTING SESSIONS AT HWA
Our examination
program has grown from one or two candidates to as many as twenty per
session.
Examinations are held at the HWA clubhouse, Building 549 Hamilon Field,
Novato, CA

Driving Instructions to Hamilton Building 549
Building
549 is located in the Coast Guard Housing section at Hamilton.
Hamilton
Field is located north of San Rafael in Novato. Take the Hamilton Field/Nave Drive Exit from
Highway 101. If you are traveling from
the south, continue on Nave
Drive through one stoplight until you reach the
Hamilton Field Main Gate. Turn right
into Hamilton
onto Main Gate Drive.
If you are traveling from the north, take the Hamilton Field exit and turn
right and take the overpass over Highway 101.
Take the first right and continue down the frontage road (Nave Drive)
through two stoplights until you reach the Hamilton Field Main Gate. Turn left into Hamilton onto Main Gate Drive.
Continue
from the Main Gate on Main Gate Road
through one stoplight and over a white bridge. Look for Crescent Drive just past the
bridge. Turn right onto Crescent Drive
and cross another white bridge. Turn
right at the intersection and proceed into the Coast Guard Housing area.
Continue
on Crescent Drive to a fork in the road.
Look for a large palm tree at the fork. Take the left fork up a small hill and turn
left onto San Jose Drive. On San Jose Drive, look on the right for a
sign marked “HWA
Building
549.” Turn right onto the
driveway and continue up the hill.
Building 549 is located at the top of the hill.
