The Hamilton Wireless Association sponsors the

only NAVY MARS Club Station on the West Coast
  of the United States.

Using the assigned call NNN0VNV, the station is
active nightly on Region 5 MARS frequencies as a
volunteer effort to provide communications between
  military personnel and their families.

The Hamilton Wireless Association was founded in 1999 by amateur radio operators.
The basic purpose of the club is to enrich the community by providing Amateur Radio resources that might otherwise not be available to radio enthusiasts, and provide public service in emergencies and other community activities...
and to raise antennas, melt solder and have fun.
The club is headquartered at
Building 549, Hamilton Field,
approximately fifteen miles
North
of San Francisco.
