Richard informed the group that the Palestine ARC will hold a Red Cross Net on 3.835 on 2nd Saturday each month at 9am
 
Richard needed to be reimbursed for purchasing flowers for Wayne KR5Q's brother's funeral services in Nov. 2009 ($54.00). Rondo made motion to take care of this, Richard 2nd (check # 1034)
 
Club discussed purchasing a small post office box for the club. Clayton made motion to purchase a small box, JC 2nd. Greg will take care of this.
 
It was mentioned that Trey needed two dates that the club wanted to have Skywarn Training. The club decided to ask NWS what was available and go from there.
 
Clayton mentioned he was thinking of attending Dayton Hamfest in Dayton, Oh.He wanted to know if anyone was interested in driving up to Ohio and sharing expenses and driving time. Anyone interested let him know.
