27 October 1998 Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 18:08 by Jim Szot. A quorum was present.

1. Officer elections were held. The following were elected.
President - Roger Stierman
Vice President - Bob Kressig
Sec-Treasurer - Ross Watson (and QSL Manager)
2. Updated Bylaws were approved.
3. Updated Constitution was submitted to the membership. The Constitution will be voted on at the next meeting. Contact me Bob Kressig and I will e-mail you a copy of the proposed Constitution.
4. Jim Z. will talk to TI facilities about shack location.
5. ATV system. Jim Szot was contacted and told that we have to remove the ATV from the Nations Bank Tower by Dec 1. Jim has contacted the local RACES committee to check its use by them. There was general interest in the members that the club attempt to continue the system. It was suggested that we look into moving the system to 2.4 GHz and use the ATV repeater Spare channel for this. Investigations continue.
