I sold my Garmin GPS45, and bought a Garmin
GPS12XL. Everything they say about it is true! I interface the
GPS with my laptop and use on the boat with Navmaster III, and in
the car with Street Atlas 4.0. I am becoming active on APRS and use
it with the GPS and the TNC in the car and soon in the boat.
I have designed two homepages for the Waypoint+ and Garlink software
programs that interface with Garmin GPSs. I am active on the
sci.geo.satellite-nav Newsgroup.
