Our antenna system for H.F. currently consists of a multi-band stacked dipole, designed by our resident RF. ENGINEERING PROFESSOR, Mike Kozma / WY2U.

We have hosted the BOY SCOUT JAMBOREE OF THE AIR for the last two years running and will be doing so again, this year. Scout Troops wishing in the NASSAU COUNTY AREA wishing to participate should E-MAIL KA2EJD [button below] and let him know before 15 OCTOBER 1999, giving the TROOP NUMBER, TROOP NAME, & NUMBER OF SCOUTS EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE. We like to be able to get them on the air, they LOVE THAT. Also, if you are operating the JAMBOREE OF THE AIR ON SUNDAY OF THAT WEEK-END, E-MAIL us also, with a frequency, AND TIME OF INTENDED OPERATION, and a return e-mail so we can set up a schedule, SCOUTS TALKING TO SCOUTS IS THE BEST!!!!
