SSTV is a method that HAM's use to transmit pictures via radio. Most use their computer's sound card, along with a software program to 'transmit' and 'receive' SSTV. The program I use is 'ChromaPIX', however there is a myrid of other programs available. The choice is up to you, try as many as you like.
You Can Find SSTV On The Following Frequencies:
160 Meters: 1.916 mhz
80 Meters: 3.845 mhz. -- 3.857 mhz. -- 3.863 mhz.
40 Meters: 7.173 mhz.
20 Meters: 14.230 mhz. -- 14.233 mhz. -- 14.236 mhz.
15 Meters: 21.340 mhz.
10 Meters: 28.680 mhz.
6 Meters: 50.680 mhz.
