Basic Certificate You must work one Charter Local and four others or one Special Qualifier for the basic certificate. Costs is $1.00 and two first class stamps. All other certificates will cost two first class stamps. Lewis & Clark Certificate Make contact with twenty-five Westward Ho members. This will give you a 50pt upgrade. Fort Atkinson Certificate Make contact with seventy-five Westward Ho members. This will give you a 100pt upgrade. Continental Divide Certificate Make contact with 150 Westward Ho members. This will give you a 150pt upgrade. Last Frontier Certificate Make contact with 200 Westward Ho members. This will give you a 200pt upgrade. Worked all States Make a contact with a Westward Ho member in the 50 states. You may use a mobile contact in a state(yes it is all right to work the same mobile in more than one state). Two Wild Cards will be allowed. This will give you a 100pt upgrade.
