Beauty Shots

In this photo, the RF chain has been completed as well as the 20dB attenuator. Note that I originally was going to have the input just to the left of the Tracking Generator (the two holes dead center are where the TG goes). I decided to move it to the far side (right in this photo, but actually on the far left, when turned right side up). I took a piece of copper foil and soldered it to the inside of the 10dB pad enclosure and then covered it with a label...

This is the state in which I completed most of the final testing, and the state it was in the night before leaving for Dayton/FDIM. The Tracking Generator still did not work, and I had only built one attenuator section. Also, I needed to put covers on the TG and the Log Amp enclosures. But it was close enough to be complete to have a reasonable chance of submitting it to the FDIM Building Contest, Friday. So I packed up a significant portion of my workbench and off to Dayton I went.
