You can open the 'Go.bat' as a reader for the files, or just open the file folder and use your own favorite viewer. Notepad works for many of them, but I like "Quickview". Just drag/select a small handful of files & open them all at once to sort through quickly; Their content can be guessed from their abbreviations, and the files with .idx give an even better clue.
