We Love Wireless

Introduction We love wireless! We love wireless at our jobs with various companies at the Yokosuka Research Park ( http://www.yrp.co.jp/ ) in central Japan doing research and development in cellular telephones and other advanced wireless technologies. We love wireless in our "after five" free time too. We organized an amateur radio club, rented a room for a shack in the corner of a building at the research park, and put an antenna tower on top of the building. Rig, Antennas, and Shack
HF rig (Yaesu FT-1000 MP) and a UHF/VHF (Yaesu FT-736 MX) with a seven story coax run up to antennas on the roof. Antennas are Nagara TA-351/3040 (7MHz, 14MHz, 28MHz), Create CL6DXX (50MHz), and HB9CV (18/24MHz). Details here. The surrounding environment isn't bad either.

Members are free to sneak into the shack whenever they have free time, but we do get together occasionally
