Do you have electrical shocks when you open doors? Electrostatics charged in your body is the cause.
Here is a solution. It is a simple electrostatic remover made of the following parts;
Installation is quite simple:
Screw up brass spacers onto insulating spacer, then connect
1[MΩ]
resistor between them.
Note that the insulating spacer should have enough length so that the
studs of brass spacers would not be contacted each other.
I also installed a neck-strap not to lose it.
Before you open doors, hold ONE brass spacer and touch the other one
on the door.
You will hear a small discharging sound like "zi..."
Then, you can open the door without electrical shock.
