Report of 8J1VLP(Very Low Power)

JARL Special event station 1997.
It was agreed that 17th June would be proclaimed as a yearly QRP Day with the goal
that all amateurs use low power on this day. It is hoped that the other regions
will join in and make this a worldwide QRP Day.
