About CQ antenna |
I am using 4elements 3bands CQ antenna
This antenna was designed and kit-up by "Perfect Quad " (JA9FS )
I would like to show some pieces of photographs which are parts of CQ antenna.
Cross Mount unit
The material is aluminum die casting
The spreader arm is fixed by stainless steel bolt
The parts of element support
This metal part is made by stainless lot
which is tied up by nylon strings
and coarted by epoxide-glue
The element support tube.
This tube is 6 diameter Teflon tube.
It is tied up by bind wire.
Spreder arms.
The material of spreder is glass fiber lot
which is coated by epoxide resin.
Matching Unit
This matching unit is available with one coaxal feeding
as tri-band Gamma matching

This antenna was designed by myself.

Cross Mount unit type A
The material was aluminum plate 5m/m thick
The spreader arm was fixed by " U " bolt
Cross Mount unit type B
The material was aluminum angle 3m/m thick
each side of L-angle is 40m/m wide.
The spreader arm was fixed by stainless steel bolt
Boom for 4elements CQ
The material was aluminum 50m/m square tube 4m/m thick
The boom length was five meters .
Element spacing was each 166 cm.
Element wire suport type A
The material was epoxide plate 4m/m thick
which was fixed by small " U " bolt with supleder.
Element wire was 1.0 diameter stainless wire (7x7)
Element wire suport type B
This tube was 6m/m diameter Teflon tube.
Same as 3bands 4 elements CQ.
