RELAYS BOX

I used common 10A relays; of course coaxial-relay type is the best, but very expensive! As far as 30 MHZ (I never tried go up) relay on the picture is useful;
will be better if it has silver plated contact; you can use also this type (see in the picture) but you need to modify it.
It' not really important coil voltage, personally I always use 12V coil.

Remember that about power: using 1,5 KW PEP you will have 273,8 V RMS on 50 Ohm load; there will flow 5,47 A; with only 150 W, voltage will be 86,6 V RMS on 50 Ohm and 1,73 A.
If the load is not 50 Ohm (high S.W.R.) will be better to use bigger one.

For a 5-way switch you need 4 relays and 4 control-cables + ground.

Put relays in a box (better in an aluminum-box) and use 6 x SO239 and 5 poles DIN for control cable.
I didn't find the box, so I home-brew it using aluminum and fibreglass!
