Update to version 0.2

- recoded conversion from NORAD (2line)  to AMSAT format.  Now  it's a
  little more faster.

- recoded conversion from AMSAT to  NORAD (2line) format.  Now  it's a
  little more faster.

- revisited all the Graphic Interface of the program.  Nice?...  :-))

- some little improvements and changes in the code....
