AMSAT2K 32 bit is  a little GUI windows  tool which convert the  AMSAT
keplerian data to a format compatible with 2000 year.

What it does make?

- add 100 to the year in the 'Epoch time' in the AMSAT keplerian  data
  and then calculate the new checksum.

- produces a new file (AMSAT.2K)  which can be used  to update keps in
  INSTANTTRACK programs.

It has the same functions of the DOS 16 bit version, but works only on
Windows 95/98/ME. Reports on Windows  2000 working  are welcome, but I
think it works correctly.  :-))

The file AMSAT in the archive is the original AMSAT keplerian data and
the AMSAT.2K is the new converted keplerian data.
