Regolamento per stazioni Italiane
Il "DIPLOMA JN63" è rilasciato
dalla Sezione A.R.I. di Macerata ad OM e SWL che dimostreranno di aver collegato/ascoltato
e confermato con cartoline qsl un certo numero di quadratini dello Square
JN63
Le province interessate sono: ANCONA, ASCOLI PICENO, AREZZO, FORLÌ CESENA,
MACERATA, PERUGIA, PESARO URBINO, RIMINI e la REPUBBLICA DI SAN MARINO.
Le versioni del diploma sono le seguenti:
1 HF (1,8÷28 MHz) nei modi Mixed SSB CW Digitali
2 50 MHz nei modi Mixed SSB CW Digitali
3 VHF nei modi Mixed SSB CW Digitali
4 UHF nei modi Mixed SSB CW Digitali
5 SHF e over nei modi Mixed SSB CW Digitali
6 Satellite nei modi Mixed SSB CW Digitali
Nota: Per Digitale si intende qualsiasi emissione in RTTY

Per tutte le versioni non sono validi i QSO effettuati tramite ponte ripetitori,
transponder, link.
Il richiedente, per l'ottenimento del diploma base dovrà aver confermato il
seguente numero di QSO:
1 HF 75 QSO da altrettanti quadratini diversi
2 50 MHz 30 QSO da altrettanti quadratini diversi
3 VHF 30 QSO da altrettanti quadratini diversi
4 UHF 20 QSO da altrettanti quadratini diversi
5 SHF e over 10 QSO da altrettanti quadratini diversi
6 Satellite 10 QSO da altrettanti quadratini diversi
Sono previsti sticker d'avanzamento in multipli da 25 QSO per le HF, 10 QSO
in 50 MHz e VHF, 5 QSO in UHF SHF e satellite.
Il richiedente nel caso avesse effettuato lui i QSO da un WWLocator in occasione
di attivazioni D.C.I., I.I.A. I.L.I.A., o qualsiasi altra manifestazione riconosciuta
valida dai rispettivi gestori dei diplomi in oggetto ha il diritto di autocertificarsi
il QSO, ovvero qualsiasi attivazione da lui fatta è valida ai fine della richiesta.
Per autocertificazione dell'attivazione, si intende inviare via e-mail a
[email protected] foto che dimostri chiaramente
l'effettiva operazione in quel posto corrispondente ad un quadratino dello
SQUARE JN63.
Sono benvenute le attivazioni in WWLocator dove non esiste attività radioamatoriale.
Per l'ottenimento del diploma non è necessario l'invio delle qsl in possesso
(ma che possono essere richieste in qualsiasi momento per un'opportuna verifica)
al manager, sarà sufficiente inviare log riepilogativo vistato da due OM.
Al fine di un'accurato controllo, da parte dei 2 OM, è obbligatorio che nelle
qsl in possesso sia scritto chiaramente il QTH o WWLocator o referenza di altro
diploma.
L'estratto log della prima richiesta deve essere inviata all'award manager:

Nei successivi avanzamenti sarà sufficiente inviare estratto log, sempre controfirmato
da 2 OM, busta preindirizzata ed affrancata.
E' a disposizione il programma di gestione del diploma completo
di database di Città, referenze D.C.I. referenze I.I.A., referenze I.L.I.A
con relativo WWLocator. Il database è stato editato manualmente
e quindi soggetto di possibili modifiche o integrazioni
sono ben accette segnalazioni di errori.

Outside Italy Rules
The "DIPLOMA JN63" is issued
by Macerata A.R.I. Section to OM and SWL who can show to have connected/heard
and confirmed by qsl cards a certain number of Sub-squares of the Square JN63.
The Italian Province in this square are: ANCONA ASCOLI PICENO, AREZZO,
FORLÌ CESENA, MACERATA, PERUGIA, PESARO URBINO, RIMINI and SAN MARINO
REPUBLIC.
The different types of this award are the following:
1 HF 1,8÷28 Mhz in the ways: Mixed, SSB, CW, Digital
2 50Mhz in the ways: Mixed, SSB, CW, Digital
3 VHF in the ways: Mixed, SSB, CW, Digital
4 UHF in the ways: Mixed, SSB, CW, Digital
5 SHF and over in the ways: Mixed, SSB, CW, Digital
6 Satellite in the ways: Mixed, SSB, CW, Digital
Note: As "digital" we mean every emission in RTTY
BAUDOT, AMTOR, PACTOR,
PSK.
For all types, the QSO made through repeaters transponder, link are not valid.
In order to obtain the base award, the application should have confirmed the
following QSOs:
1 HF 50 QSOs from a many different Sub-squares.
2 50 MHz 15 QSOs from a many different Sub-squares.
3 VHF 15 QSOs from a many different Sub-squares.
4 UHF 10 QSOs from a many different Sub-squares.
5 SHF and over 5 QSOs from a many different
Sub-squares.
6 Satellite 5 QSOs from a many different Sub-squares.
Forwarding stickers are foreseen in multiple from 15 QSOs in HF, 10 QSOs in
50 MHz and VHF, 5 QSOs in UHF, SHF, Satellite.
If the applicant has made the QSO himself from WWLocator during D.C.I, I.I.A.,
I.L.I.A activations or during any other valid situation so recognized by the
administrators of this award he has the right to assure the QSO himself, i.e.
any activation made by him is valid for the purpose of his application.
As "activation self-certificate" we mean that one should send some pictures
by e-mail to [email protected] clearly
showing the real operativeness in that place corresponding to a Sub-square
of the WWLocator JN63.
Activations in WWLocator are welcome where there is no radio ham activity.
To obtain the Award it's not necessary to send the owned qsl (which can be
eventually asked for later, for a check) to the manager, it'll be enough to
send a recap log signed by two OM.
In order to let the two OM check, it's compulsory that in the qsl owned the
qth or the WWLocator or the reference of another award are clearly indicated.
The log abstract of the first application must be send to the award manager:

fee remboursement.
In the next advance steps it will be enough to send log abstract, always countersigned
by two OM, by stamped envelope.
The program to manage the award is available complete of: towns database,
D.C.I. references, I.I.A.
references, I.L.I.A. references and relative
WWLocator.
The database has been edited by hand and for this reason it' subject to any
possible change or integration.
